What is your return policy?
- If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item by clicking the link provided.
- Unused products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Under no circumstances do we accept returns for used products.
- A valid RMA number is mandatory for all returns.
- Returns made due to personal preference will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns made for store credit will not incur any restocking fees.
- Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non-refundable.
- You can file a return online, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- The cost of postage will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item back on your own.
- Our packaging process aims to ensure the safe arrival of packages, with a high success rate of preserving the product's condition during transit
- If you happen to receive a damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please submit a claim to our support team within 4 days of delivery using the provided link.
- In order to process your claim, kindly include your order number and attach 2-3 clear photos that clearly depict both the damaged item and its packaging.
- We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
- In certain cases, we may require you to return the original defective item.
