Return Policy
- We accept returns for unused products only. If it the product has been opened or if it has been used even once, we will not be able to accept a return for it. You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting us here.
- Returns made for store credit will not incur any restocking fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What happens if an item arrives broken or defective?
- Our packaging process aims to ensure the safe arrival of packages, with a high success rate of preserving the product's condition during transit.
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please contact our support team. Please include your order number and attach 2-3 photos that clearly depict both the damaged item and its packaging.
- We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
- In certain cases, we may require you to return the original defective item.
