What is your return policy?

  • If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item by clicking the link provided.
  • Unused products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Under no circumstances do we accept returns for used products.
  • A valid RMA number is mandatory for all returns.
  • Returns made due to personal preference will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns made for store credit will not incur any restocking fees.
  • Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non-refundable.
  • You can file a return online, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • The cost of postage will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item back on your own.
What happens is an item arrives broken or defective?
  • Our packaging process aims to ensure the safe arrival of packages, with a high success rate of preserving the product's condition during transit
  • If you happen to receive a damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please submit a claim to our support team within 4 days of delivery using the provided link.
  • In order to process your claim, kindly include your order number and attach 2-3 clear photos that clearly depict both the damaged item and its packaging.
  • We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
  • In certain cases, we may require you to return the original defective item.
