A dab nail is a heating element used in conjunction with a dab rig to vaporize concentrates such as wax, shatter, or oil. Dab nails can be made of various materials like quartz, ceramic, or titanium that are heated using a butane torch or an electronic nail (e-nail). Once heated to the desired temperature, the user applies a small amount of concentrate onto the nail's surface and inhales the resulting vapor through the rig.
